Purpose/Problem:
The purpose of this experiment is to determine the efficiency of the household items as well as the air filters in purifying the air.

Procedures:
Obtain an electrolysis apparatus
Collect air
Use electrolysis to form new compounds with the air, hydrogen, and water
Collect the resulting solution
Test the pH of the solution

Conclusion/Results
The carbon filter was the best filter. While among household items, electrostatic cloths worked best with a resulting pH of 9.3.
